Prerequisites​

Before you begin, ensure you have:

  • MachineMetrics account access (the first user is invited by their account executive after signing the MSA)
  • Network access information for your facility
  • List of machines you want to connect
  • IT support availability for network configuration

Getting Help​

  • Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) - Your primary contact for initial onboarding, platform training, and ERP connectivity setup. Handles minor technical and setup issues during onboarding.
  • Technical Support - For technical issues after onboarding, email support@machinemetrics.com or use the AI chatbot (available 24/7 in the bottom right corner of the platform)
  • Sales Questions - Email sales@machinemetrics.com
