Getting Started
1. Check Your ERP System
Verify your ERP is on the supported list above. If not listed, contact your Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) to discuss options.
2. Review Requirements
Each connector has specific requirements:
- Network access from Edge device to ERP
- Dedicated ERP user account
- API keys or database credentials
- Specific permissions/scopes
3. Contact MachineMetrics
For connector setup:
- Email your Solution Delivery Manager (SDM)
- Or contact support@machinemetrics.com
- Include your ERP system name and version
4. Prepare Your Environment
Before the implementation call:
- Create a dedicated user account in your ERP
- Document required API endpoints or database connection details
- Identify who on your team manages ERP configuration
