MachineMetrics offers pre-built connectors for popular ERP systems. These connectors provide turnkey integration with minimal configuration, enabling bidirectional data flow between your ERP and the shop floor.

Build a custom ERP connector using the MachineMetrics SDK and mmdev CLI—scaffold a project, implement against the SDK, and deploy on infrastructure you control.

Getting Started​

1. Check Your ERP System​

Verify your ERP is on the supported list above. If not listed, contact your Solution Delivery Manager (SDM) to discuss options.

2. Review Requirements​

Each connector has specific requirements:

  • Network access from Edge device to ERP
  • Dedicated ERP user account
  • API keys or database credentials
  • Specific permissions/scopes

3. Contact MachineMetrics​

For connector setup:

  1. Email your Solution Delivery Manager (SDM)
  2. Or contact MachineMetrics Support
  3. Include your ERP system name and version

4. Prepare Your Environment​

Before the implementation call:

  • Create a dedicated user account in your ERP
  • Document required API endpoints or database connection details
  • Identify who on your team manages ERP configuration
